Terms of Service

1. The service

Amuli is a child health diary with an AI assistant. It stores health records you enter and generates informational responses based on that history. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

Amuli is not a doctor, not a medical device, and not a diagnostic tool. AI responses are informational only and may be incomplete or wrong. Never delay or replace professional medical care because of anything Amuli says. For serious symptoms, contact emergency services immediately. You confirm your understanding of this during onboarding, and it applies to every use of the Service.

3. Your account

You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of the children whose data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

4. Free and Premium plans

The free plan includes one child profile and a daily limit of AI requests. A paid Premium planmay be offered in the future (through Google Play) with higher limits and additional features; no billing exists in the Service today. If Premium launches, subscription terms (renewal, cancellation, refunds) will be published here before any charge is possible.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for anyone whose legal representative you are not.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don't use the AI assistant for purposes other than your family's health diary.

6. Your data

Your data remains yours. How we process it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete it at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amuli is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service's informational content, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
